To request the use of Calvary facilities, please complete the form below. Our staff will review your facilities request and contact you within 48 hours with room availability and information regarding any applicable custodial fees and/or audio/visual fees. Fees do not apply to Calvary ministry-related events.

We provide our building for approved use without any rental fee. We kindly ask you to consider making a donation to our church. Your contributions, as donors, enable us to maintain our ministry and keep our building well-maintained. 

If you need assistance setting up or running Audio and/or Visual equipment during your event, there will be a fee of $20/hour.
