All applicants need to fill out the questionnaire AS WELL AS the accompanying facilities request at least 90 days prior to the requested wedding date.

2026 Update:

At Calvary, we are honored to walk alongside couples as they prepare for marriage. To ensure our pastors and staff are able to faithfully care for the broader ministry of the church while also giving couples the attention they deserve, each staff member is limited to serving no more than two couples at a time for premarital counseling and wedding commitments. This allows our team to invest well in both the couples they are guiding and the congregation as a whole.

Thank you for understanding and respecting these availability limits as we seek to steward our time and responsibilities faithfully.

Please note:

Calvary sees marriage as a religious ceremony, ordained by God, between a woman and a man. While we may sign a state license, it is the religious connotation of the marriage that we hold sacred. As a result, Calvary staff reserves the right to not perform any ceremony that does not fit within the tenants of our faith.

Wedding Honorariums:

- A $350 honorarium for the minister is suggested, which includes at least 3 premarital counseling sessions, rehearsal, and wedding. If the wedding venue is further than 30 miles away, we kindly suggest an additional amount to cover travel costs.

- A $100 honorarium for the musicians is suggested, which includes rehearsal and wedding.

December Weddings:

Additionally, due to the full ministry schedule during the Advent and Christmas season, Calvary does not host or officiate weddings in the month of December.
