The Mission of Habitat for Humanity is to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, community, and hope. Habitat for Humanity is committed to providing housing because they believe every person deserves decent housing. For many years they have revitalized neighborhoods through affordable housing. When families and individuals have a mortgage they can afford, they can save money, go back to school, plan for retirement, and provide stability.
Build a team of friends, a group of 8 to 10 adults age 18 and older, to volunteer and assist in building a home for a day! All tools and training are provided.
If you love to cook and love to serve, we'd love to have you and your friends, family, or organization help serve meals for Volunteers building homes!
Corporations, community groups, media and private philanthropic organizations partner each year to build strength, stability and shelter. Learn how your company or organization can join Habitat for Humanity to make a positive impact in communities.

For those that Habitat builds houses for, they get to help build their own home. Many that receive Habitat homes are families in the community that might need some childcare as they help with the process of building their home. Sign up here to provide childcare to the kids of those who are working with Habitat to build their home.
